Account Registration
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account on tk999. If a single person holds more than one account, we reserve the right to cancel them, and any bonuses or winnings received may be forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Information

All tk999 services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit on tk999. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Using someone else's mobile banking account when making a deposit may not be accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals

Bonuses and Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at tk999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. That means if you receive ৳20,000 as a bonus, you must place a total of ৳4,00,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if unused after it expires, the bonus will be cancelled
- The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once
- If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed
- tk999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. These limits vary by game type and event, and are shown on the relevant page.
6.2 Outcome Determination
Casino game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. Sports betting outcomes depend on internationally recognised results.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a technical fault or disconnection occurs mid-game session, tk999 will review system logs and attempt to provide a fair resolution. However, tk999 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection issues unless a server-side problem is confirmed.
6.4 Multi-Bets and Combos
For multi-bets, the full amount can only be won if all selections are correct. If even one selection is wrong, the entire stake is lost. If a selection is voided, that leg is removed and the bet stands on the remaining selections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk999 and will result in the permanent closure of the account:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses
- Playing games using automated bots or scripts
- Hacking, manipulation or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities

Limitation of Liability
tk999 always aims to provide uninterrupted service, but will not be liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, third-party service disruptions or unavoidable circumstances.
Any financial loss in sports or casino gaming is entirely the user's own responsibility. tk999 is not obliged to compensate for financial losses resulting from gaming outcomes.
If a game result is affected by the user's internet connection or device issues, the responsibility for that lies with the user.
Changes and Amendments
tk999 reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, an updated date will be shown on this page, and members will be notified by email for significant changes.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly. For general questions, see our FAQ page, where common queries are answered in plain language.
Responsible Gaming
tk999 firmly believes that gaming should be entertaining and never a source of financial stress. We advise all our members to play within a set budget.
If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, set a deposit limit yourself or use the self-exclusion option for a temporary break. Reading our Responsible Gaming guidelines will give you full details on setting limits, self-assessment and how to get support.
If you suspect someone under 21 is using an account, contact support immediately. tk999 makes no compromise on keeping minors away from gaming.
